By accepting these Terms and Conditions, I confirm my enrolment in the Petersons Big Red, Mixed, Chardonnay or Custom Cellar Clubs. I understand that membership includes a minimum commitment to receive three (3) tasting packs per year, each consisting of six (6) bottles selected by me, before cancellation is permitted. I acknowledge and agree to the following: Each set pack is at the cost of $165.00 including free freight, GST and insurance. Custom Cellar pack is the cost of the wine less discount including free freight My Wine Club membership is ongoing and includes the receipt of three tasting packs annually. Membership cannot be cancelled until all three (3) club packs have been received. Requests to cancel a membership after the minimum commitment has been met must be submitted in writing via email or by phone. I agree to provide at least two (2) weeks’ notice prior to cancelling my membership. Memberships may be placed on pause after 12 months by contacting the Petersons office. While a membership is paused, no membership benefits will apply. Memberships cannot be paused for more than 12 months at a time unless personally arranged with the Wine Club. I authorise Petersons Wines to charge my credit card approximately 2–3 weeks prior to dispatch of each tasting pack. If I change my delivery address without notifying Petersons, I accept that additional freight charges may apply. I give Petersons Wines permission to contact me regarding Wine Club matters and agree to receive ongoing communications via email, phone, and SMS, including special offers and promotions. I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and accept full responsibility to ensure that no person under 18 years of age receives any wine deliveries.
