Colour: Pale white gold in colour with clear and vibrant hues.
Nose: Lifted aromas of freshly squeezed Tahitian lime juice and freshly cut green grass. This is supported by disprin like minerality and a steely flintiness.
Palate: Light, tight, fresh, dry and clean. The upfront fruit flavours are of fresh lemons and grapefruit pith. The mid palate is floral and rounded with a talc like and citrus blossom complexity. The back palate is clean, austere, dry, rounded and soft.
