Pale, clear white gold in colour with lime green hues.
The aromas show lifted lime juice and a flinty/steely minerality and a subtle saltiness.
The palate is tight and fresh with lemon sherbet and dry straw with kaffir lime/lemongrass hints. The finish is dry, soft and wonderfully clean.
