Palate – Tight, fresh, rounded, soft and dry. Upfront fruit of lemons and grapefruit pith with hints of honeysuckle supported by a cleansing yet soft natural acidity.
Food matching – Freshly shucked oysters, pan-fried whiting fillets, washed find cheese, white bait fritters.
