Nose Powerful and generous nose showing smoky bacon, stewed black berries, mocha with hints of cedar and eucalypt.
Palate Full bodied, ripe, generous long and soft. Upfront fruit of squashed black berries and blueberries. The mid palate shows choc-mint and herbal complexities. The back palate is long and soft and finishes slightly nutty.
Cellar (decant for 3 hours) enjoy now or cellar for 5 – 8 years.
