Lifted, perfumed, savoury and pretty. The nose shows lifted cassis like black fruits with defined wafts of eucalypt, lavender and herbal nuances.
Ripe, soft and firm. The upfront palate displays fruit flavours of blackberry jam and hints of cherry cola. The mid palate is herbal and spiced with flavours of cinnamon and Chinese Five Spice. The back palate is soft and dry with a nutty, almost vanillin finish.
