Dark black olive in colour with blood red crimson hues.
The nose displays lifted black fruit aromas with hints of cedar, eucalypt and sarsaparilla.
The palate is rich and ripe, yet soft. The upfront palate shows rich cassis-like blackcurrants supported by a herbal and herbaceous mid palate. The back palate is typically dry with hints of nutty oak and a lingering soft finish.
