The bouquet has aromas of chocolate, cedar, cassis and ripe black fruit, there is a hint of nut (cashew) and subtle hints of mint and menthol.

The palate displays rich flavours of blackcurrant, fruits of the forest and dark bitter chocolate along with cinnamon, cloves and a slight savouriness. The finish is long and dry. This is an elegant cabernet with great finesse – a true “Jamie” style.

Enjoy with slow cooked shoulder of lamb, mature hard cheeses or Peking Duck.
