Pale golden straw in colour On the nose is lifted half cooked toffee and lime marmalade with tinned pineapple notes. The flavours are sweet and luscious with ripe citrus fruits, honey and golden syrup. Hints of passion fruit. It’s finish is fresh, long and cleansing. Enjoy with blue cheese and pate or for a sweeter match it is wonderful with lemon meringue pie, crème bruleè or pana cotta.
