Dark black olive in colour with vibrant crimson/cerise hues.
Lifted aromas of stewing black fruits with wafts of charcoal and smoke and hints of crushed walnuts.
Rich, ripe, generous, firm and dry. The upfront palate is full with overtly ripe flavours of black and red fruits. The mid palate is spiced showing flavours of caramelised balsamic and sweet soy. The back palate is long, soft and dry with a lingering nutty oak presence.
