Lifted, floral, smoky, and slightly gamey. The lifted fruit aromas are of cooked blood plum. This is supported by smoky almost nutty nuances with hints of cocoa and dried mixed herbs.
The palate is ripe, elegant, gentle, soft and dry. The upfront fruit flavours are of black and red fruits of the forest. The mid palate is savoury with gamey and earthy flavours. The back palate is soft and long with gentle drying tannins.
