Lifted, perfumed and generous showing stewed black and red fruit characters with wafts of black pepper and smoked chicory supported by floral nuances of potpourri and violets.
Full bodied, generous, ripe, rich and soft. Showing stewed, almost candied fruit characters of blackcurrant, boysenberry, blueberries and cherry. The mid palate is spicy with black pepper and charcoal. The finish is long, soft & clean showing a clove-like recurrence and nutty backbone.
