Upfront black fruit flavours of blackberry and blood plum with hints of rosemary and lavender.
Dark black olive in colour with strong garnet coloured hues.
Perfumed, herbal, herbaceous, aromatic and alluring. The upfront fruit aromas are of ripe blueberries and mulberries. This is supported by aromas of Thai basil and mint with hunts of aniseed and dark chocolate.
The palate shows upfront black fruit flavours of blackberry and blood plum. The mid palate shows a liquorice like flavour with hints of rosemary and lavender. The back palate shows nutty oak flavours with firm yet soft persistent tannins.
