Bouquet
Ripe, savoury, perfumed and aromatic. The upfront fruit aromas are of stewed fruits of the forest. There are also floral aromas of lavender and violet. Spiced aromas of cinnamon, clove and vanilla also persist.
Palate
Ripe, generous, savoury and soft. The up-front palate shows fruit character of blood plum and boysenberry. The mid-palate is broad and full showing hints of lavender, chocolate and herbs. The back palate is long, soft, yet dry showing hints of walnut and savoury nuances
