Dark liquorice in colour with vibrant ruby red/maroon hues
Lifted, perfumed alluring and mouth-watering. The nose is lifted and herbaceous with lifted aromas of fruits of the forest and wild blackberries. This is supported by nuances of mint, eucalypt and jasmine.
Rich, ripe, tight, and dry. The upfront fruit flavours are of cassis and boysenberry. The mid palate is broad and generous with hints of choc/mocha flavour and wild basil. The back palate is long and dry with cleansing natural acidity.
