Dark black olive in colour with opaque blood red hues.
Bouquet
Lifted, rich, meaty and spicy. The nose shows dark and brooding black fruit aromas of plum with wafts of dark bitter chocolate. There are nuances of wood smoke and sweet, nutty, cashew like oak aroma.
Palate
Full bodied, rich, savoury and soft. The upfront palate displays rich and powerful fruit flavours of black and red stewed fruits. The mid palate is full and complex with a black pepper and earthy character with mocha like overtones. The back palate is long and layered with a wood smoke oaky finish.
