Vibrant dark black olive in colour with blood red, crimson hues.
Wonderfully lifted, perfumed, aromatic and pretty. The nose displays stewed black fruit aromas, supported by wafts of freshly made fairy floss. There are also nuances of wood smoke and dried mixed herbs.
Rich, ripe, generous, soft and clean. The upfront palate shows fruit flavours of blood plum, cassis and boysenberry. The mid palate is complex and broad with spiced hoisin like complexity and hints of black pepper. The back palate is soft, long and dry with juicy yet soft tannins.
