Bouquet
Lifted, perfumed, spicy and fresh. The wine displays aromas of stewed red fruits and currants with subtle wafts of green and pink peppercorns. It has hints of freshly turned earth with wood smoke and bacon.
Palate
Ripe, clean, juicy, pretty and soft. The upfront palate shows black and red fruit flavours of raspberry and blood plum. The mid palate is broad and complex with a wild gaminess and dark bitter chocolate flavours. The back palate is soft, long and dry with clean fine tannins.
