      Ripe, complex and alluring. The nose displays ripe black fruit aromas almost hinting at boiled fruit cake. There are also nuances of black pepper and nutty oak. This is supported by hints of dried basil and rosemary.

      The palate is rich, generous and full bodied. The upfront fruit flavours are a mixture of overtly ripe black and red fruits. The mid palate is complex and layered with herbal flavours of nutmeg and smoked paprika. The back palate is intense and long with all flavours coming together in unison.
