      Colour: Vibrant raspberry red in colour with cerise and crimson hues. Nose: Aromatic, ripe, herbal and herbaceous. The lifted aromas are of freshly cooked mulberry pie with supporting nuances of lavender, eucalypt, rosemary and dark chocolate. Palate: Elegant yet ripe with wonderfully rich fruit. The upfront fruit flavours are of blackcurrant and boysenberry. The mid palate is multi layered with of dried basil and thyme. The back palate is long and dry with firm but soft tannins. Cellaring: 4 – 9 years. Food: Moroccan style lamb rump with minted peas and cous cous, Chinese style pork belly with Asian greens, Roasted beetroot, onion and fetta tart.
