Dark black olive in colour with cherry cola coloured hues.
Bouquet
Lifted and wonderfully perfumed. The upfront aromas are of cherry ripe. This is supported by herbal nuances of rosemary, clove and hints of dried basil. There are also hints of bush fire smoke and carob.
Palate
The palate is ripe, firm, generous yet soft. The upfront fruit flavours are of plum and boysenberry. The mid palate is rounded with dark bitter chocolate flavours and a slight hint of spearmint. The back palate is long, soft and dry.
