Vibrant ruby red in colour with bright magenta hues.
Lifted, savoury, spicy and smoky. The wine displays fruit aromas of crushed sour cherry and alpine strawberry. There are also nuances of white pepper, paprika and smoked meats.
Ripe, savoury, juicy and dry. The fruit flavours are of overtly ripe raspberries with hints of stewed rhubarb. The mid palate shows spiced flavours of nutmeg and clove with a slight nuttiness. The back palate is clean, dry, long and soft.
