Pale yellow gold in colour with bright white gold hues.
Wonderfully ripe and generous. The upfront fruit aromas are of ripe fig and melon. There are also nuances of creamed corn, freshly roasted chestnuts and hints of cheese. There are also wafts of spice including cinnamon and clove.
Full bodied, complex, soft and dry. The upfront fruit flavours are of white peach, nectarine and apricot. The mid palate is wonderfully complex and textural with a creamy sensation and hints of vanilla and custard apple. The back palate is soft, dry and persistent with all flavours uniting.
