Lifted aromas of stewed custard apple and ripe white peach and nectarine. There are nuances of talc and a slight cheesiness. There are also hints of lavender and rosemary.
The palate is generous, ripe, slightly oily and dry. The upfront fruit flavours are of freshly cut nashi pear and lightly stewed quince. The mid palate is floral with a flinty almost steely complexity. The back palate is generous with a long and persistent finish.
