Bouquet
Wonderfully complex, generous and alluring. The upfront fruit aromas are a mixture of stewed black and red fruits of raspberry and blackcurrant. This is supported by wafts of cracked black pepper and perfumed sweet nutty oak.
Palate
The palate is rich, spicy, complex and dry. The upfront fruit flavours are of wild berries and sour cherry. The mid palate is layered with hints of rhubarb and spiced flavours of paprika and cardamom. The back palate is long and dry with lingering sweet and toasty oak.
