      Wonderfully aromatic, perfumed and generous. The nose displays lifted fruit aromas of blackcurrant and intense wild blackberries. This is supported by floral and herbal nuances of lavender, mint, eucalypt with hints of wood smoke and a waft of dustiness.

The mid palate display herbal flavours of thyme, sage and Thai basil with hints of liquorice and mocha. The back palate is firm yet soft with fine tannin and lingering oak.
