      Lifted and ripe fruit aromas of fig and green melon. This is supported by spiced aromas of thyme and tarragon. There are also hints of freshly baked brioche and burnt butter.

      The palate is rich, ripe, generous and clean. The upfront fruit flavours are of grapefruit and apricot. The mid palate is soft and creamy with a slight nuttiness. The back palate is clean and dry with a pith like consistency.
