gamey, savoury and a little cheesy. Lifted red fruit aromas of sour cherry and alpine strawberry with smokey almost nutty nuances.

Mid-weight sytle showing wonderful complexities. Upfront fruit flavours of rhubarb and stewed wild berries, with subtle hints of red frog like confectionary. The mid palate is savoury with an earthy complexity. The back palate is soft, long, dry yet clean with a cleansing acidity.
