Lifted fruit aromas of stewed black and red fruits. This is supported by nuances of wood smoke and freshly turned earth with hints of black pepper and mixed dried herbs.

Rich, ripe, generous and complex. The upfront fruit flavours are of ripe fruits of the forest. The mid palate is layered with gamey flavours of mushroom and truffle. The back palate is soft and long with persistent nutty oak flavours.
