Wonderfully lifted fruit aromas are of boiled mixed dried fruit. This is supported by gamey and slightly mushroom like aromas with wafts of black and white pepper with hints of smoked paprika.

The palate is fruit driven, yet complex and multi layered. The upfront fruit flavours are of overtly ripe raspberry and cherry. The mid palate shows broad layers of spice including flavours of basil, oregano and fennel. The back palate is long, soft and dry with nutty oak lingering.
