Bouquet
Lifted aromas of wild blackberries and boysenberries. This is supported by wafts of wood smoke, freshly turned earth and hints of cracked pepper.
Palate
The palate is ripe, rich, generous, soft, long and dry. The upfront fruit flavours are of blood plum and raspberry. The mid palate is complex and layered displaying flavours of mixed dried herbs, lavender and carob. The back palate is long, soft and dry with persistent tannins and a cleansing acidity.
