Vibrant black olive in colour with cerise and maroon hues.
Lifted fruit aromas of cherry, wild berry and blueberry. There are floral nuances of rose petal with hints of lavender and wood smoke to support. There are also subtle wafts of cracked black pepper.
Rich, ripe, generous, soft and long. The upfront fruit flavours are of ripe plum and raspberries. The mid palate is spicy with gamey and earthy flavour. There are also hints of mixed dried herbs. The back palate is clean, long, soft and dry.
