Dark fruits are the dominant aroma. Blackberry dark plums and black cherries. Black pepper also pops out. From the oak barrels there is also a hint of smokiness. This bouquet is quite complex as I also get a slight hint of coffee

So often with Barossa Shiraz the bouquet and flavour can be very similar. This wine is no different. This wine is packed with rich dark fruit flavours of Blackberry, Plum and Black Cherries. There is spice too, especially black pepper. Although the tannins are big, they are smooth and velvety. You may also see a hint of smoke from the oak barrels.
