Classically Hunter with aromas of grapefruit and lime. There is also a feint nuttiness and cooking apple aroma. It has a wonderful freshness about it.

This is such a typical Hunter Semillon. Classic fruit flavours of citrus and lime, with a clean minerality giving it a lovely zesty freshness from its natural acidity.

Think of anything that you might squeeze a lemon or lime on. Fish and Chips, A nice simple piece of grilled white fish. Then one of my favourites pour some on your freshly shucked Oysters
