Wonderful aromas and aromatics. The nose on this wine reminds me of my childhood when I used to pick cider apples and pears from the orchards in our village growing up.

The palate is beautifully clean. The upfront fruit flavours are a little like the nose. The hard fruits like the pears and apples. There is a hint pineapple and citrus. This gives this wine a refreshing and very clean finish.

I would definitely think about the lighter spicier dishes like Thai or the very clean Vietnamese dishes
