      Lifted citrus nose of grapefruit pith and lemon zest. This is supported by creamy, nutty, yeasty aromas with hints of toast and honey.

      Rich, clean, elegant a dry. The palate is full flavoured showing fruit flavours of white nectarine with supporting sherbet flavour. The mid palate is broad and creamy with a slight cheesy and biscuity character. The back palate is clean and dry with persistent acidity and long minerality.
